Ocarina Workshop: Give a little whistle
An ocarina is an ancient wind whistle, similar to a small flute, dating back 12,000 years. It is traditionally made of clay. We will learn the origins of these sounds as well as basic hand-building techniques as well as a variety of surface designs to adorn your Ocarina with. This simple design can bring wonderful sounds into your home and makes a heartfelt gift. Give a Little Whistle workshop is a great way to begin making ceramic instruments.
