Summer Camp Wheel Throwing | Session 4 | PM

Your kids will have a blast this summer taking a pottery class at KC Clay Guild!  We have 4 class sessions available to fit just about any schedule. Your child will learn the basics of hand building (techniques like pinch, coil, and slab) or wheel throwing (using the potter's wheel). Each student will have several finished glazed pieces to bring home at the end of every session.  Morning classes meet from 10-12, afternoon classes from 1-3.  

Ages 5-up for hand building classes.  

Ages 8-up for wheel throwing classes.

Monday-Thursday will be making days, Friday will be glazing.  Pieces will be available to pick up 1 week after the last class.

Cost:

Per 5 class session: $75 for members, $85 for non-members.

When taking a morning and afternoon class in the same session: $155 for members, $175 for non-members

The class fee includes 5 classes, clay, usage of tools, glazes and firing.

The class fee is due at the time of registration.
