This casual three hour class offers students the opportunity to make and glaze a finished piece of ceramic art. This class is welcome to individuals and families, however all students under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by an adult.
During the class, students will focus on hand building pieces and having fun. The projects presented are based on monthly themes. This month we will be making handbuilt gravy boats, just in time for Thanksgiving! We will have a handful of brightly colored glazes to decorate your artwork with. Our staff will fire all the work following the class; finished pieces will be ready to pick up after a few weeks. Once fired, we will contact you via email for pick-up.
The class is limited to 16 students to ensure that everyone receives enough space and instruction. Students are welcome to bring food and beverages to enjoy during the class. This class will require at least 5 participants. If this threshold is not met, the class will be canceled and money will be refunded.
