General Rules: An artist may submit one view each of 3 separate teabowls for $30. All works must be original and completed within the last 2 years. No single teabowl may exceed 7x7x7 inches. No sets will be accepted. Display boxes are allowed. Work must be 90% ceramic. US and Canada residents only.
Entries: Entry fee of $30 must be paid online when application is submitted. Applications without a paid application fee will be deleted. Contact us (studio@kcclayguild.org) if you have difficulty applying or making the payment.
Images: Jpeg images must be 300dpi at 1900x1900 pixels. Low quality images will not be used for publication on poster or used in marketing materials. Submitting images implies consent for photographic reproduction. One image per piece, no detail shots allowed.
File name format: jsmith1, jsmith2, jsmith3

Sales: All accepted works must be available for sale. There is no longer a retail price cap. There will be a 40% commission on pieces sold, artists keeps 60%. Pieces that are not sold will be returned to artists, artists must cover costs of return shipping.
Shipping: Artists are responsible for safe delivery and all shipping costs. Please include a return shipping label or expect to be contacted for return shipping information after the exhibition. Each accepted piece should have an attached and easily removable label with your name, retail price, title, and material information. Pieces damaged in transit will not be included in the show. You must send the exact piece that was accepted by the juror.
Dropping off work: If you are able to drop off your accepted work you may do so, but the work must be picked up at KC Clay Guild after the show. Dropped off work can not be shipped back at the end of the exhibition. Arrange drop off with Louis, (studio@kcclayguil.org).
Unsold work that does not have return shipping will become the property of KC Clay Guild 90 days after the end of the exhibition. We will contact you to make arrangements if we do not have adequate payment for return shipping.

Awards: Best of Show ($500), 2nd Place ($300), 3rd Place ($200). Other prizes include various purchase awards, equipment awards, and gift certificates.
