Entry fee, $50, member, per listed artist – $50.00
Entry Fee, $60, non-member, per listed artist – $60.00
Group Entry Fee, $150, 6-15 artists at one site – $150.00
Selling with a group of artists at the same location. This provides one image slot on the poster with the studio name, logo, and location listed. Individual artists names will be listed with studio information.
Group Entry Fee, $200, over 16 individuals at one site – $200.00
Selling with a group of artists at the same location. This provides one image slot on the poster with the studio name, logo, and location listed. Individual artists names will be listed with studio information.
Group Entry Fee, $70, up to 5 individuals at one site – $70.00
Selling with a group of artists at the same location. This provides one image slot on the poster with the studio name, logo, and location listed. Individual artists names will be listed with studio information.

This application is for artists selling at a venue that is not KC Clay Guild.

2024 KC Clay Guild Holiday Sale Application

December 6-8 2024

We are excited to be holding our annual KC Clay Guild Holiday Sale and Studio Tour!

Please use the link found in the application to upload as many as 10 photographs of the work that can be found at your touring location. Please label all photos with artist's names and your tour location. These will be used for social media and advertising purposes.

We will be producing a digital poster with tour map and will be doing extensive marketing via social media.
