Welcome to Kansas City’s Ceramic Art Center

  • You Belong Here

KC Clay Guild was founded in 1988 in the home of potter, Michael Smith.  In order to offer classes to the community, KCCG rented a building near 39th and SW Trafficway for several years. KC Clay Guild purchased our current building at 200 West 74th Street in the Waldo Neighborhood of Kansas City, MO in the early part of the century.

All are welcome at KCCG! We are here for first timers, kids, serious hobbyists, and professional artists alike. Our volunteers Studio Monitors are always avaialble to provide a tour, answer a question, or provide some advice.
