Rent will be due on the first of each month. Rent will be considered late if paid after the 7th. Paying late more than 3 times in a row may result in the loss of your rental space. Renters who wish to move out must give two weeks notice or they’ll be charged for the following month. Studio renters must vacate by the 25th of the month to allow for any cleaning or repairs that are needed before the next renter moves in. 

Autopay will be required. You’ll be able to save your credit/debit card to your account.

Yes! As a studio renter, you’ll get 24/7 access to the building with no need to pay for time. You’ll also have access to the communal equipment. Firing is not included, but you have access to the lower-level kiln room that is only available to AIRS, staff, and other private studio renters. 

All cubicles will come with a shelf and a table. The renter will furnish all other equipment including pottery wheels.

Private studios are unfurnished.

Yes, each cubicle and private studio will have an outlet. 

We are exploring options for lockers or cabinets that can be locked with a padlock. 

With prior authorization, you may share your private studio space with one person. Both individuals will need to apply and fill out any necessary contracts. Both renters will be given a fob for 24/7 access. One renter will be considered the primary renter and will be responsible for paying rent in its entirety and collecting payment from the subletter. 

Semi-private/ cubicles can not be shared.

Main Floor (12'9" x 11'5" = 147 sf) - $580

Semi-Private (5’ x 7’) - $150

Studios also require a deposit equal to one month’s rent. The first and last month’s rent will not be prorated.

Shelves (35”W x  13”T x 23.5”D) are $24 a month. The first and last month’s rent will not be prorated.
