Location: Richard J. Stern Gallery at KC Clay Guild - 500 W. 39th St. Kansas City, MO 64114

Timeline:

July 1: Deadline for entries

July 25: Acceptance notifications sent

September 1-7: Dropoff accepted artwork

September 12: During New Building Grand Opening

September 21-25: Pick up unsold work

General Rules: Open to ceramic art created by current KC Clay Guild members

Entries: Up to 3 entries, there is no entry fee.

Images: 1 image per artwork. Phone photos are fine. Use a neutral background. Submitting images implies consent for photographic reproduction. One image per piece, no detail shots allowed.

File name format: johnsmith1, johnsmith2, johnsmith3

Sales: All accepted works must be available for sale. There is no longer a retail price cap. There will be a 40% commission on pieces sold, artists keeps 60%. Pieces that are not sold will be returned to artists.. 

Drop off accepted work to the monitor, pieces should be boxed and ready to move around the building.

Awards: Best of Show ($200), 2nd Place ($100), 3rd Place ($50). All award winners receive a one year extension to their membership.
